When you visit
Your browser sends information such as your IP address, the page requested, and browser details to Cloudflare. Cloudflare delivers and protects the site and produces CDN traffic statistics. The site is hosted on an Akamai Connected Cloud VPS.
At the VPS, Nginx access logs record requested URLs, times, response codes, browser information, and referrers. They normally record the connecting Cloudflare proxy IP rather than your original IP. PM2 records application output and errors, which may include requested paths.
We rely on our legitimate interests in delivering and securing this website under GDPR Article 6(1)(f).
Analytics and browser storage
Cloudflare Web Analytics and Real User Measurements are enabled to measure site use and performance. Automatic measurement is configured to exclude visitor data in the EU. Cloudflare still processes EU visitors’ requests for delivery and security, and its CDN traffic statistics are separate from that measurement.
Our website code does not set cookies or use browser storage. Cloudflare security features may set cookies. The site uses system fonts and locally hosted images.
Retention and transfers
Nginx access logs are rotated daily, with 14 historical rotations. PM2 diagnostic logs have no confirmed automatic deletion schedule. Account-specific retention periods for Cloudflare and Akamai records have not been confirmed.
Cloudflare and Akamai may process request information outside the European Economic Area. The transfer safeguards that apply to this setup have not yet been confirmed.

The site links to YouTube but does not embed a video. If you follow the link, YouTube receives your visit. The link is configured not to send a referrer.

Depending on your circumstances, you may ask to access, correct, erase, or restrict your personal data, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Other rights, including data portability, may apply. You may also complain to a data protection authority, including Poland’s Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
